Although located in separate room, it integrates naturally with our wider club offering, allowing members, affiliates, and guests to enjoy gaming as part of a broader social visit that may also include dining, hospitality, sport and entertainment elsewhere in the Members Lounge.

They do not work other areas of the Club, which allows them to build strong, genuine relationships with our players. This personalised, attentive approach creates a high level of trust, ensures strong compliance, and most importantly supports responsible gaming practices while looking after the best interests of our players, and the club.
