Formed in 2015, with years of collective experience playing in bands in NZ and overseas, Money for Old Rope plays an eclectic mix of classic rock, pop and blues tunes.
This four piece band delivers a high energy show, and are excited to be playing at the Petone Club.
The band aims to have you dancing with songs from Dragon, The Dance Exponents, Bad Company, Jordan Luck, and Rolling Stones to modern day classis by the likes of the Black Keys and Oli Brown.

'Rock the Boat' are a 3 piece band. Moana sings and plays some percussion, Puke, a mean guitarist and singer and Jim, the sound man who plays awesome harmonica. We perform 70's classics, mainly. Rock, Disco and everything in between with a scattering of modern day belters for good measure. Our aim is to get people up to dance, especially the ones who don't usually dance. They can't help themselves!
